Focus on regulatory compliance and workplace climate. **Transportation Company** **Job Objective** Administer and execute **Human Resources** processes in the Manzanillo operation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, as well as appropriate control of operational and administrative personnel within a transportation company. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Execute **recruitment and selection** processes for operational and administrative personnel (drivers, yard staff, workshop staff, administrative staff). * Manage personnel **hiring, termination, and transfers**. * Integrate and maintain **physical and digital personnel files**. * Prepare and monitor **employment contracts**, renewals, and related labor documentation. * Monitor **attendance incidents**, attendance records, and support payroll preparation. * Provide employee assistance and follow up on labor-related matters. * Support **onboarding and training** processes. * Ensure compliance with **labor regulations** and internal policies. * Coordinate with operational departments (yard, traffic, workshop). * Support **workplace climate** initiatives and internal communication. * Monitor HR service providers (socioeconomic studies, medical exams, training). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience as an HR Generalist**, preferably in a **transportation or logistics company**. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)**, employment contracts, and HR processes. * Experience in **operational recruitment** (field-based). * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency. * Organized, confidential, and results-oriented. * Willingness to work onsite in Manzanillo. **Employment Type** * **Full-time** * **Onsite** **We Offer** * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company. **CONTACT:** If you are interested in this opportunity, contact **Aketzali Vázquez** at **5531450782** via WhatsApp or phone call. *Join our team!* Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company phone Work location: Onsite employment
