Totalplay is looking for: **FIELD DEBT COLLECTION AGENT FOR MANZANILLO** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Meet the minimum daily number of visits. * Meet the minimum monthly number of visits. * Manage recovery of clients with overdue accounts. * Secure payment commitments from delinquent clients. * Recover Totalplay equipment. * Negotiate with clients. **What do we require from you?** * Age: 18 years or older. * Education: High school diploma or higher. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a debt collector or in similar roles. * Must know how to operate a motorcycle and hold a valid driver's license. * Smartphone proficiency. * Service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication skills. * Persuasion and conviction abilities. * Negotiation skills. **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $11,000.00 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, half-day. * 2-hour lunch break. * Company-provided vehicle. * Gasoline vouchers. * Life insurance. * Portfolio recovery bonuses. * Payment commitment bonuses. * Equipment recovery bonuses. * Paid and continuous training. * Indefinite-term contract. * Uniforms and training at NO COST.
