Job Summary: We are seeking a negotiator for on-site overdue account recovery, with negotiation skills and experience in pledged collateral recovery. Key Highlights: 1. Overdue account recovery and generation of payment commitments. 2. Negotiation and recovery of pledged collateral. 3. 95% field-based work. FIELD AUTOMOTIVE COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS: * EXPERIENCE IN FIELD COLLECTION (VERIFIABLE). * Personal vehicle (MANDATORY) * Completed bachelor's degree (diploma and professional license). * In-depth knowledge of the city. * Valid driver's license. * Negotiation and recovery skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recovery of overdue accounts; visit assigned accounts’ residences to negotiate. * Generation of payment commitments. * Recovery of pledged collateral.
