




**Position:** Payroll Analyst (TEMPORARY COVERAGE DUE TO MEDICAL LEAVE) **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field **Experience in:** 2 years in payroll preparation, review, and processing, as well as employee onboarding and offboarding **Knowledge of:** * Federal Labor Law * Income Tax (ISR) applicable to salaries and wages * Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS): types of medical leave, work-related risks * National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT): fixed-amount contributions, discount factors, or percentages * Payroll schemes * Taxable and exempt income components for ISR purposes * Calculation of severance payments and final settlements (concepts applied in each case) * Calculation of Profit-Sharing (PTU) and Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) **Schedule and Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Salary: MXN $17,500 gross per month + statutory benefits * 3-month contract to cover a temporary medical leave * Willingness to relocate to other offices, if required * Location: Reforma 300 Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term or Project-based Salary: MXN $17,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of payroll experience do you have?
