Staff training and report preparation **GRUPO BESCO SA DE CV is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Centro \- Colima, Colima** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cleaning Supervisor Position Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of cleaning tasks in assigned areas, guaranteeing compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the cleaning team, consisting of at least 30 staff members per shift. Assign daily tasks and personnel rotation according to operational needs. Verify compliance with cleaning and deep-cleaning procedures across all areas. Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials, tools, and products. Conduct supervision walkthroughs to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement. Train staff on cleaning techniques, appropriate use of chemical products, and safety regulations. Prepare incident reports, attendance records, and staff performance evaluations. Coordinate with other departments to schedule special or preventive maintenance cleanings. Requirements: Age: 30 to 45 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role supervising operational cleaning staff. Knowledge: Cleaning and deep-cleaning techniques. Handling and dosage of chemical products. Basic operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment (floor polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, etc.). Report preparation and inventory control. Planning and organization. Attention to detail and quality orientation. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. WE OFFER Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; occasional Saturdays.
