We offer a talented team and a work environment where you can develop your leadership and skills.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Entry of accounting vouchers into the **CONTPAQi** system. * Bank reconciliations and reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts. * Conducting physical inventories. * Requesting and tracking **payment complements** from suppliers. * Handling, validating, and properly recording **fiscal receipts (CFDI)**. * Timely recording of payments in the accounting system. * Managing **online banking portals**. * Validating digital receipts, bank reconciliations, and reconciliations with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Students in the final semesters of a **Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting** or a **Technical Degree in Accounting**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in accounting activities. * Knowledge of: * General accounting * **CONTPAQi** software * Classification of purchases and expenses * Bank reconciliations * **Microsoft Office** **Skills:** * Mathematical and analytical ability * Cognitive ability * Teamwork * Organization and attention to detail **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$16,660.00**. * Statutory benefits and **benefits exceeding statutory requirements**. * **5% savings fund**. * **Food vouchers** worth $1,700 per month.
