Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inventory Analyst responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory records, analyzing trends, and collaborating with other teams. Professional development in a dynamic and evolving environment We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Inventory Analyst to join our team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory records are accurate and timely. This includes tracking stock levels, analyzing trends and patterns, and collaborating with other teams to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. Requirements: * Prior experience in inventory analysis or a related field. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables minimum) Responsibilities: * Conduct cyclic, annual, and special inventories. * Generate periodic inventory reports and analyses using tools such as Excel at an intermediate\-advanced level. * Analyze data and calculate optimal inventory levels for products and materials * Monitor company-established quality standards * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) audits * Perform petty cash reconciliations We Offer: * Net salary of $14,000 MXN. * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Work tools: Laptop and mobile phone * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Life insurance * Employee wellness platform Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, with availability to travel within CDMX and State of Mexico.
