You will work closely with data, analytics and application teams to ensure reliable, secure and high‑quality data pipelines that support business decision making. Responsibilities * Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures on Microsoft Azure. * Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for batch and real‑time data ingestion and transformation. * Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks and Azure SQL to support analytics and reporting solutions. * Implement and maintain data models, data lakes and data warehouses following best practices. * Ensure data quality, validation, monitoring and documentation for all data processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and performance issues in production environments. * Collaborate with stakeholders (data analysts, data scientists, architects and business teams) to gather requirements and deliver data solutions. * Apply security and compliance best practices, including RBAC, encryption and data governance standards. Requirements * 4\+ years of experience as a Data Engineer (at least 2\+ years working with Azure data services). * Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse/SQL DWH, Databricks and Azure SQL Database. * Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, performance tuning and troubleshooting. * Hands‑on experience with ETL tools and building data integration solutions (batch and streaming). * Programming/scripting experience with Python or Scala for data processing and automation. * Solid knowledge of data modeling, relational and dimensional modeling, and best practices for analytics. * Experience working with large datasets, data lakes and cloud storage in Azure. * Understanding of data security, governance and compliance concepts in cloud environments. * Good communication skills, analytical mindset and ability to work independently and in distributed teams. * Intermediate\+ English level to interact with global stakeholders.​ Nice to have * Experience with Power BI or other BI tools connected to Azure data solutions.​ * Knowledge of Kafka, Spark or other big data technologies.​ * Experience in consulting or working with global clients.​ Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please describe your recent experience working as an Azure Data Engineer, including the main technologies, types of projects, and your specific responsibilities. * Tell us about a complex data pipeline or analytics solution you have designed or supported in production.
