This role guarantees alignment with business objectives, site strategy, and** **global** **standards, while fostering a culture of operational excellence and sustainable** **growth.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive progress of digital initiatives in line with** **the site strategy, ensuring measurable impact and adoption** * **Master Plan Governance: Monitor and ensure the execution of the Tech Center** **Master Plan according to the defined glidepath, securing alignment with business** **priorities and global frameworks.** * **Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that embed methodologies and tools** **to enhance efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability** * **Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate across COEs to ensure transparency,** **accountability, and effective communication of progress and results.
