If you're looking for an opportunity to continue your professional growth and take on challenges, this could be your chance—we're seeking new talent for the role of **Tech Lead—Technical Leader in E-Commerce.** If you meet the following profile, join our team: **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Leadership:** Guide the mobile development team, define architecture, and ensure code quality and best practices. * **Application Development:** Design, develop, and maintain applications for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native). * **Travel Industry:** Implement features such as flight/hotel search, bookings, check-in, maps, itineraries, and personalized experiences. * **Project Management:** Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders. * **API Integration:** Connect with third-party services (bookings, payments, maps). * **Technical Management:** Make critical technical decisions, document standards, and coordinate with other teams (Product, QA). * **Technical Support and Problem Solving:** ○ Actively monitor the site (uptime and performance) and serve as the first technical responder to failures or API errors affecting site availability. ○ Diagnose issues reported by users or detected via analytics (e.g., sudden drops in checkout completion rates). * **Front-End Code Intervention (Front-End Fixes):** ○ Direct Intervention Capability: Perform rapid front-end adjustments (HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript) to fix visual bugs or update hardcoded information not available in the CMS (e.g., updating static text in the footer or an emergency banner). ○ Optimize website loading to meet Core Web Vitals (speed, visual stability, interactivity). **Requirements:** * **Coding Ability (Mandatory):** Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
