Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Executive with a service-oriented attitude and passion for sales to maintain and expand the SME client portfolio at HSBC Mexico. Key Highlights: 1. Customer-oriented focus and sales with teamwork. **Business Executive (SME/BB).** HSBC Mexico offers opportunities to build a professional career for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, excellent client interaction skills, passion for sales, and ambition to grow in the Commercial area as a Business Executive. **Primary Responsibility:** Responsible for maintaining and expanding the SME client portfolio. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (in progress or completed) OR completed high school diploma. · Minimum three years of experience in banking operations (products). · Minimum three years of sales experience. · Minimum three years of experience as an Account Executive and in segment management. · Intermediate English proficiency. · Knowledge of markets and external regulations. · Knowledge of financial mathematics. · Knowledge of KYC (know your customer). · Knowledge of Retail Business Banking (SME) products. · Strong interpersonal skills with clients. · Business identification and development. · Portfolio management. · Passion for sales. · Client needs identification. · Working hours: Monday to Saturday. · Mobility required to visit clients. · Preferred: AMIB certification. **Skills:** · Customer and sales orientation. · Teamwork. · Results-driven / Problem-solving orientation. · Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment by the bank.
