




Job Summary: The Pre-Payroll Manager supervises and manages the preparation and review of pre-payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments and compliance with policies and regulations. Calculates deductions, overtime hours, and bonuses; resolves discrepancies. **Job Objective** The Pre\-Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all activities related to the preparation and review of employee pre\-payrolls. This role is critical to ensuring that all employees receive their payments accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Review and verify the accuracy of attendance and working time records. * Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate data required for pre\-payroll processing. * Calculate deductions, overtime hours, bonuses, and other applicable payroll components. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax laws governing payroll. * Prepare pre\-payroll reports and analyses for senior management. * Resolve discrepancies and respond to pre\-payroll-related inquiries. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and pre\-payroll files. * Support internal and external payroll audits. * Propose improvements to pre\-payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in pre\-payroll processing or a similar role. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in payroll management software and ERP systems. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. * Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. **Skills:** * Attention to detail and data accuracy. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Application:** Interested candidates must send their updated CV to: responsable.chadm1@sepiver.com.mx, indicating in the subject line **“Pre\-Payroll Manager”**.
