Job Summary:
Coordinate and execute foreign trade operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer service, as well as documentation preparation and status monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interdepartmental and intercompany coordination
2. Preparation of foreign trade documentation
3. Status monitoring and chat support
1\. Adhere to the organization's policies, mission, vision, and values.
2\. Meet departmental goals and metrics, including status monitoring and chat support.
3\. Fulfill customer-specific requirements.
4\. Fully comply with assigned processes and work instructions.
5\. Conduct PROFEPA pre-inspections.
6\. Prepare consolidated notices in ediMX.
7\. Update events in SILA when required.
8\. Manually enter consolidated notices and customs entries (Pedimentos) in Darwin and update related events.
9\. Apply and manage non-tariff regulations and restrictions (RRNA) and Non-Tariff Regulations (NTR).
10\. Download permits from SILA where applicable.
11\. Coordinate across departments or intercompany teams within GJD.
12\. Prepare U.S.-related documentation, including Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) and others.
13\. Report any abnormal situations, operational risks, or customer complaints—including negative emojis—to area coordinators.
14\. Support various GJD operations.
15\. Perform all other duties related to this position and foreign trade operations.
Salary: Up to $19,000.00 per month
