Laboratory and Product Innovation Analyst Are you passionate about technical analysis, research, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Laboratory Analyst who actively contributes to product development, validation, and analysis, generating reliable information to drive strategic decision-making and innovation. If you enjoy working with data, technical testing, and international standards, this opportunity is for you. Job Objective Obtain and provide reliable technical information through laboratory analysis applied to in-line products, developments, raw materials, and competitor products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and technical support for innovation projects. Key Responsibilities * Conduct laboratory analysis on company-manufactured products and competitor products for market intelligence generation and standardization. * Perform functional testing on raw materials under development. * Efficiently generate accurate and reliable data. * Participate in the development and optimization of test methods. * Replicate methods based on patents, international standards, and external laboratory procedures. * Provide support during validation of new products and new machinery (FTR). * Create and evaluate manual prototypes. * Verify and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment. * Participate in key technical demonstrations for customers. * Manage domestic and international shipment of finished product samples and raw materials. Required Profile Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent laboratory experience). Experience: Prior laboratory experience (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred). Languages: English desirable (primarily reading and writing – basic/intermediate level). Technical Knowledge: * Laboratory techniques. * Microsoft Office. * Basic digital tools and PC proficiency.
