




Position Summary: Develops brands in distribution for the traditional channel by identifying and expanding commercial opportunities, and providing financial leadership to the sales team. Implements and analyzes commercial strategies Join the Sales team as an Account Developer. You will be responsible for developing our brands in Distribution for the Traditional Channel. You will identify and develop new commercial and business opportunities in the field while providing financial leadership and support to Sales teams. This position is located in Tijuana, Mexico. **A glimpse of what you’ll do:** * + Distributor management: Manage distributors to ensure we meet our volume targets with various customers. + Routes: Cover 35 routes to visit customers, close new agreements, and build commercial partnerships. + Workforce development: Train our team on best practices, new strategies, product displays, and more. + Commercial strategy implementation: Roll out new commercial plans and strategies across the region. + Data analysis: Analyze and interpret commercial data.
