




Job Summary: Product development engineer responsible for designing and documenting electrical routing for HVAC units, ensuring compatibility and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities The Product Development Engineer (Routing Systems) is responsible for developing and documenting conduit and electrical routing designs for HVAC units, ensuring compatibility with manufacturing, installation, and applicable regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to standardization and timely release of the electrical work orders required for air handling unit production. * Develop conduit and electrical routing designs for HVAC equipment. * Generate electrical work orders (WO\-E) associated with electrical routing. * Publish electrical work orders (WO\-E) via the internal information distribution network. * Update electrical work orders due to engineering changes. * Request creation of "Non-Conformities" (NC) and track them. * Generate and update BOMs related to electrical components. * Collaborate with design-for-manufacturing engineering to ensure manufacturing and routing feasibility. * Address and follow up with various departments within the company regarding electrical design-generated work orders. Experience and Requirements * 2–6 years of experience in electrical design (development of electrical conduit layouts). * 2–6 years of knowledge of manufacturing processes. * AutoCAD 2D (Intermediate level). * Inventor 2D \& 3D (Advanced level). * Experience in lifecycle and engineering change control (PLM), preferably using Vault Professional. * Sheet metal design.
