Focus on efficiency and control of perishable products. **North Cold Cuts Commercial** is looking for a Manager with experience in inventory and warehouse logistics management for our company. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and order in inventory and perishable goods handling—meat, poultry, and groceries. **Required Profile** * Three years of relevant experience. * Inventory control expertise. * Experience handling perishable products and groceries. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Conflict resolution skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Wholesale opening and facility inspection. * Verify timely opening and proper functioning of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and equipment (cash registers). * Ensure quality and quantity of received goods (local, national, and/or imported), labeling of boxes, and system entry on the day of arrival. * Daily stock review. * Assessment of perishable, dry, and palletized inventory levels; implementation of cyclic inventory counts; identification of root causes for discrepancies. * Supervise warehouse staff productivity and attendance for daily reporting to HR (including incidents). * Address requests from Operations, Administration, or Customers. **We Offer** * Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Savings Fund * Uniform * Punctuality and Attendance Bonus * Mobile Phone * Vehicle
