




At **Estancia Inn**, we are looking for a **Restaurant Manager** with solid experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily activities, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests, and meeting the area's operational goals. **Responsibilities** * Supervise overall restaurant operations, including opening, closing, service, and customer care. * Coordinate waitstaff, hostesses, bar staff, and operational support teams. * Ensure quality standards in service, food presentation, and customer experience. * Handle complaints and effectively resolve conflicts. * Control costs, manage inventories, and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, health regulations, and safety standards. * Plan and execute sales strategies and promotions. * Train, motivate, and evaluate staff. * Collaborate with kitchen, banquet, and other departments for special events and group services. **Requirements** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality or high-volume restaurants). * Knowledge of cost management, inventory control, and sales strategies. * Proven leadership, organizational, and personnel management skills. * Excellent appearance, service attitude, and customer-focused mindset. * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). * Flexible availability (rotating shifts and weekends).
