Textile company seeking talent for the position of: **HR MANAGER (Alce Blanco, Naucalpan)** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** $12,500 to $16,000 monthly + variable bonus **What will you do?** You will be responsible for managing key Human Resources processes, ensuring proper payroll administration, job classification, competency definition, and employee performance management. **Main responsibilities** * Payroll administration (onboarding, offboarding, and payroll incidents). * Job classification and competency definition. * Performance evaluation and monitoring of HR metrics. * Implementation of workplace climate surveys. * Development of career plans. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Organizational Psychology. * 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources (manufacturing sector preferred). * Knowledge of payroll processing and Mexican labor legislation.
