Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the clinical utility of tests. **Cellular Performance Institute, a world-renowned institution, is seeking a Clinical Chemist.** Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, seeks a Clinical Chemist to perform clinical analyses on biological samples, thereby contributing to disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, and ensuring result quality, accuracy, and reliability. We are regarded by many as the world’s leading facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly client roster includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, identify, and prepare biological samples (e.g., blood, urine, tissues). * Verify correct patient identification per established protocols. * Track incidents or non-conforming samples to ensure proper processing. * Perform clinical analyses in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology. * Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment. * Validate and record results per established protocols. * Apply internal and external quality control standards. * Comply with biosafety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare reports and manage laboratory information systems. * Collaborate with medical staff to complement requested test profiles with clinically useful assays. * Ensure appropriate handling, storage, and transport of samples. * Manage and safeguard supplies under appropriate conditions. * Support laboratory-related administrative tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Biochemistry, or Clinical Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist (QBP), or a related field. Degree and license must be verifiable. * Prior clinical laboratory experience (minimum 6 months). * Knowledge of analytical techniques applicable to clinical laboratories and operation of automated equipment. * Familiarity with quality standards, biosafety, and RPBI handling. * Knowledge of sample types and their optimal primary containers. * Knowledge of and ability to interpret clinical tests and their clinical-biological utility. * Attention to sample status: urgent, routine, scheduled, or otherwise prioritized. * Timely reporting of critical values and/or follow-up for treatment monitoring as an exclusion criterion. * Suggesting and selecting complementary tests for critical profiles during evaluation. * Communication with related departments (e.g., nursing, physicians, phlebotomy) to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and result quality. * Basic use of clinical record systems (platforms and logs). * Ability to work effectively in teams and attention to detail. * Analytical thinking applied to resolving discrepancies. * Organized, responsible, and punctual. * Strong professional ethics, confidentiality, and protection of sensitive results. * English proficiency preferred. **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits. * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot. * Attendance bonus. * Punctuality bonus. * Seniority bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Free medical consultations. * Free emotional support sessions. * Free laboratory, radiology, and imaging studies. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. **Salary:** * $24,361\.20 MXN gross monthly (biweekly payment) **ABOUT US** https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ Thank you for your interest in this position.
