The ideal candidate is an engineer with strong technical vision, operational leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate contractors, supervise construction, and integrate efficient solutions across all engineering disciplines of the project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation of **mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP)** systems, **HVAC, fire protection (PCI), CCTV, voice/data**, and **BMS** systems. * Review and control drawings, specifications, and submittals. * Coordinate technical activities between disciplines and validate work fronts. * Monitor progress reports, costs, and quality on site. * Participate in system startups, testing, and commissioning. * Ensure compliance with regulations (NOM, ASHRAE, and applicable standards). **Requirements:** * **Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer.** * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in **hotel, vertical, or commercial projects.** * Strong knowledge of **HVAC, hydrosanitary systems, fire protection, voice/data, and electrical systems.** * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and single-line diagrams. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Office, Neodata, or Opus.** * Knowledge of **BIM** is desirable. * Intermediate technical English (desirable). **Location:** **Tijuana, Baja California** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and formal employment from day one. * Health insurance and life insurance starting from the fifth month. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * High-level technical projects in the hospitality sector. * Excellent work environment and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
