




Job Summary: The Inventory Assistant is responsible for recording purchases and costs, conducting physical inventory counts, supervising the Kardex system, and auditing inventories, reporting to the Inventory Manager. Work environment that values ethics, responsibility, and teamwork INVENTORY ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE: Maintain records of purchases and costs, conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile physical counts against the system, supervise the Kardex system, and perform periodic audits of inventories in the company’s warehouses as well as of each purchase for the office department; reports to the Inventory Manager. Requirements: - Candidate must be available for travel. - Flexible availability regarding working hours. - Knowledge in the field of Inventory Management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel. Qualities: ethical, responsible, organized, communicative, and capable of working in a team. Goal-oriented and solution-focused. Work distribution: 60% fieldwork, 40% office work. Education: Studies in Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
