Contributes to research and quality control in the laboratory. **Cellular Performance Institute, a globally renowned institution, is seeking a histotechnologist.** Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, seeks a histotechnologist to perform processing, preparation, and analysis of biological samples using histological techniques, ensuring proper fixation, embedding, sectioning, and staining of tissues to obtain reliable results that support diagnosis, research, and laboratory quality control. We are regarded by many as the world’s leading facility for stem cell treatment and manufacturing. Our weekly client flow includes professional athletes from UFC, NFL, MLB, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Receipt of samples from the clinical laboratory. * Coordination with the pathology team for immunohistochemistry testing. * Coordination with the genomics team for genetic material extraction from paraffin blocks. * Sample preparation: microtome sectioning or slide mounting as required. * Maintenance and care of staining systems. * Management and archiving of slides and paraffin blocks. * Support in operating digital slide scanners. * Organization of activities according to service needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science (QFB), Biotechnology, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a laboratory (histology or pathology preferred). * Knowledge and operation of microtomes for tissue sectioning. * Experience with histological staining techniques. * Proficiency in fixation, paraffin embedding, and sample mounting procedures. * Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment handling. * Basic computer skills (data entry, use of basic software). * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices or quality management systems is desirable. * Attention to detail and strict adherence to protocols. * Availability to work under established guidelines and timelines. **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits. * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot. * Attendance bonus. * Punctuality bonus. * Seniority bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Free medical consultations. * Free emotional support sessions. * Free laboratory tests, radiology, and imaging studies. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **Salary:** * $21,001\.20 MXN gross monthly (biweekly payment). **ABOUT US** https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ Thank you for your interest in this position.
