Coordination of collection and delivery of production supplies. 2. Management of finished product shipments and documentation. 3. Support for activities ensuring efficient material flow. Join our passionate team and be part of this global impact. **Logistics Assistant** **Objective:** Applying established procedures and policies, supports the administration of material flow through coordination and tracking of shipments to meet on-time delivery requirements. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in logistics, traffic, or customer service. **English Language Proficiency:** Basic **Education:** High school diploma or incomplete degree in International Trade and Customs, International Business, or related field. **Responsibilities:** Coordinates the collection and delivery of production supplies. Performs activities in compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Distributes the shipment priority list to the shipping department according to corporate requirements. Coordinates finished product shipments, schedules their delivery, prepares related documents, and maintains records thereof. Manages available internal and external resources to fulfill material transportation needs.
