Training Specialist – Cozumel | On-site position At **KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park**, we are looking for a **Training Specialist** passionate about talent development, sales, and customer experience. If you are motivated to work in dynamic environments, train operational teams, and enhance commercial performance, this opportunity is for you. What will you do in this role? * Deliver sales training (experiences, tourism products, and upselling). * Conduct customer service and premium customer approach training. * Identify field improvement opportunities and design action plans. * Create and update training materials (presentations, guides, scripts). * Measure training results and impact. * Prepare performance and follow-up reports. * Participate in onboarding processes for new team members. Essential Requirements * Intermediate–advanced English (B2 – B2+). * Minimum 1 year of experience in in-person and/or virtual training. * Experience working with operational or commercial teams. * Excellent communication skills and strong on-site presence. Desirable Experience * Training experience in sales or customer service. * Experience in tourism or fast-paced environments. * Basic familiarity with LMS platforms.
