Training Specialist – Cozumel | On-site position At **KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park**, we are looking for a **Training Specialist** passionate about talent development, sales, and customer experience. What will you do in this role? * Deliver sales training (experiences, tourism products, and upselling). * Conduct customer service and premium customer approach training. * Identify field improvement opportunities and design action plans. * Create and update training materials (presentations, guides, scripts). * Measure training results and impact. * Prepare performance and follow-up reports. * Participate in onboarding processes for new team members. Essential Requirements * Intermediate–advanced English (B2 – B2+). * Minimum 1 year of experience in in-person and/or virtual training. * Experience working with operational or commercial teams. * Excellent communication skills and strong on-site presence. Desirable Experience * Training experience in sales or customer service. * Experience in tourism or fast-paced environments. * Basic familiarity with LMS platforms.
