Prior Experience in Training or Instruction Job Description and Activity Details Responsible for coordinating the technical training process for direct staff within the organization, aligning training processes with applicable current regulations, organizational objectives, and a culture of continuous learning. * Responsible for materials and equipment used in the training DOJO. * Develop technical training programs and ensure that training and certification programs meet the overall organizational needs. * Supervise assigned trainer teams. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize the training process.
