Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing training systems, evaluating performance, coordinating courses, and managing motivation and workplace climate initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities \-Develop training systems for operational and administrative staff. \-Design methodology to evaluate performance outcomes based on topics taught to staff. \-Meet scheduled training hours. \-Analyze survey results to suggest and implement improvements. \-Record and report progress of training activities. \-Develop training materials (manuals, assessments, presentations, etc.). \-Compliance requirements with STPS. \-Coordinate and administer internal training courses. \-Maintain evidence of training events. \-Develop the annual training plan. \-Report departmental indicators. \-Responsible for company-authorized motivation events. \-Responsible for implementing and monitoring performance evaluations. \-Workplace climate studies.
