We have presence throughout the Northwest of the country.* Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics of faults in mobile and stationary refrigeration equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance with autonomy and precision. Install refrigeration units, cold rooms, and HVAC systems. Perform gas charging, pressure testing, leak detection, and parameter adjustments. Supervise and support Junior Technicians in field and workshop activities. Prepare technical service, repair, and diagnostic reports. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. Comply with safety standards, regulations, and operational procedures. Maintain constant communication with the scheduling and customer service departments. Guarantee quality in job execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements Engineering degree, technical career, or equivalent (preferably in refrigeration, electromechanics, or related field). 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial, industrial, or mobile refrigeration. Experience supervising technical staff (desirable). Computer skills and basic software proficiency (Office).
