




Technical Support and Network Engineer Must reside in Mexico City * Conduct preventive visits with clients, * Proficient in troubleshooting to resolve failures, * Work according to service-level agreements, * Configuration and maintenance of voice, data, and CCTV networks, * Structured cabling, * Configuration of Windows, Mac, and Linux computers, * Address and resolve incidents reported by clients, * Maintain service logs.
