Ensure proper product rotation and store maintenance. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Serve and fulfill customers' product needs at Sukarne stores, ensuring excellent service and quality expectations that foster the development of current customers, acquisition of new customers, and management of reactivation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide excellent customer service and high-quality service to customers visiting the store—from their arrival through loading merchandise into their vehicles. * Carry out sales activities appropriately aligned with customers' needs, promoting product advantages, informing about promotions, offering substitutes, and addressing any objections to fully satisfy their needs and maintain Sukarne as their top purchasing choice. * Ensure all product sales/shipments are properly recorded in the system. * Receive incoming inventory for store stock, physically counting and inspecting products to ensure they are properly packaged, sealed, and meet quality, weight, and labeling requirements; report any shortages or quality non-compliance to the Sukarne Store Manager. * Ensure proper product rotation, supervising shelf placement according to first-in-first-out (FIFO) or production date; promote strategic items and push items. * Maintain appropriate organization of warehouse, reach-in coolers, and display cases, adhering to company-defined display guidelines, planograms, and sanitation and operational standards. * Participate in executing strategies defined to retain sales and develop customers, such as: follow-up with customers who have not made purchases or whose purchases have declined, calling customers to offer promotions, special offers, and pre-sales. * Identify, record, and follow up on potential floor sales prospects, jointly analyzing with the Sukarne Store Manager whether they qualify as prospects and following up on their onboarding. * Break down cartons, print and reprint labels for already-broken-down products. * Comply with regulations and standards governing product handling. * Keep prices updated in reach-in coolers as well as in customer-facing communication materials on the sales floor. * Execute Sukarne store cleaning programs both inside and outside the store, and monitor temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage chambers per established procedures. * Maintain productivity and expense standards in assigned areas, continuously improving performance in alignment with corresponding budgetary goals.
