




We are seeking an **Network Technician or Engineer** with experience ranging from **Junior to Intermediate level**, to join our support and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for **handling and tracking support tickets**, performing initial validations, executing technical tasks according to their level, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure continuity and stability of our clients’ networks. The role’s scope allows for professional growth and salary appreciation based on the candidate’s capabilities. **Responsibilities** * Handling, tracking, and documenting support tickets. * Initial connectivity validations and basic diagnostics (ping, traceroute, network tests). * Execution of technical tasks according to level: * **Junior Level:** Simple changes, operational support, basic reviews. * **Intermediate Level:** More advanced configurations, route diagnostics, support on MikroTik/Cisco devices, deeper analysis. * Timely escalation to the engineering team for complex incidents. * Monitoring of links, equipment, and services. * Customer follow-up and detailed activity logging. * Preparation of logs and operational reports. **Desired Technical Knowledge** *(Level will be assessed to determine final salary offer)* **Basic (for Junior Level):** * TCP/IP, subnetting * VLANs * DHCP / DNS * Basic NAT * Basic proficiency in: * Winbox * SSH / PuTTY * Ping / traceroute * Wireshark (basic level) * Introductory knowledge of MikroTik, Cisco, or firewalls. **Academic Background** * Technical or engineering degree (incomplete, ongoing, or completed) in Networking, Systems, Telecommunications, or related field. **Candidate Competencies** * Strong communication and meticulous follow-up. * Technical organization and discipline. * Ability to learn quickly. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. * Teamwork and SLA orientation.
