




Job Description and Responsibilities Responsible for carrying out activities necessary to improve and resolve issues in assigned production areas; establishing systems and procedures that ensure quality and productivity; analyzing operational risks; and proposing improvements to eliminate or minimize such risks. * Perform mechanical failure analysis and electrical testing. * Provide solutions and support for production-related issues. * Analyze and propose product improvements. * Analyze trends and determine root causes of problems generating scrap in the assigned area. * Develop improvement plans to reduce scrap in the assigned area. * Suggest process modifications. * Conduct process capability studies, time studies, and line balancing. * Perform statistical analysis. * Reduce costs based on projects. * Generate documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, ECO, BOM, PRS, MEWRs, Flow Chart, SAP, Layout design). * Plan and coordinate continuous improvement projects for production systems. * Design new equipment and tools. * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Design Poka-Yoke fixtures. * Line balancing. * Apply Lean Manufacturing culture and 5S principles daily. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Quality methodology (Quality Procedures). * Problem solving (8D, 5 Whys). * Customer orientation (Customer requirements). * Communication (Effective communication). * Analytical thinking (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Shainin). * Knowledge of Geometric Tolerancing, molded parts manufacturing processes, and stamped/machined parts manufacturing processes.
