Profile for the **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** Position A leading real estate company is expanding and seeking TECHNICAL SUPPORT personnel with 1 or more years of experience working in the IT department. Detailed Responsibilities: Provide technical support for computers, equipment, and medium-complexity applications. Install, maintain, and manage computers, printers, and related equipment. Design and implement computer equipment upgrade plans. Participate in infrastructure projects: openings, new sites, upgrades, service migrations. Administer and resolve service requests. Support all operational service department requirements. Resolve hardware-related technical issues. Install and support access control systems (panels, readers, locks, access rules). Configure and administer VPNs. Manage Windows Server 2021, including roles such as Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and File Server. Experience / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or Associate Degree in a related field. Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience in the field. Strong expertise in wired and wireless networks. Hardware configuration experience, including computers, routers, switches, and access points. Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows distributions, Linux, and macOS. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR systems, storage, and remote viewing. Experience in structured cabling for voice and data. Strong expertise in IP telephony, Asterisk, Elastix. Skills Ability to work under pressure. Professional demeanor. Diligent and service-oriented, providing solutions. Leadership and initiative.
