Position Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical engineer to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of electromechanical installations in construction projects, guaranteeing quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of electromechanical installations on construction sites. 2. Leadership and decision-making in construction projects. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. We require an electromechanical engineer to serve as Installation Coordinator for a construction company specializing in electromechanical installations. Stable employment within the city of Tijuana. **SALARY: $5,000–6,000 MN PER WEEK** Working hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. SATURDAY: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. **Position Objective** To coordinate, supervise, and ensure the correct execution of electromechanical installations (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, special, and HVAC) in construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical standards, quality, safety, budget, and scheduled timelines. **Academic Qualifications** * Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field * Professional degree and license (preferred) **Required Experience** * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in coordination or supervision of on-site installations * Proven experience in **building, industrial, or infrastructure** projects * Experience managing installation contractors and subcontractors **Technical Knowledge** * Low- and medium-voltage electrical installations * Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater systems * HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems * Special systems (voice and data, CCTV, fire detection, access control) * Reading and interpretation of drawings and calculation reports * Applicable regulations (NOM, NEC, NFPA – preferred) * Quality control, testing, and commissioning **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate the execution of electromechanical installations on site * Supervise contractors, technical staff, and suppliers * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards * Identify interdisciplinary interferences (civil works, architecture, installations) * Participate in coordination and progress meetings * Prepare physical and technical progress reports * Validate tests, system startups, and handover procedures * Control costs, estimates, and scope of work * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Technical problem-solving * Working under pressure * Multidisciplinary coordination **Additional Requirements** * Willingness to work on construction sites * Valid driver’s license (preferred) * Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) * Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative tools * Opus Interested candidates should send their CV to **iemsabaja.rh@gmail.com**.
