Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Set Up Technician to ensure optimal operation of production machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the proper operation of machinery and equipment. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Experience with adhesive dispensing and ultrasonic equipment. An electronics-focused company is looking for a **Maintenance and Set Up Technician.** **Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities in a production plant through preventive, corrective maintenance, and set up. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to prevent failures. * Identify wear and ensure operational efficiency (inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments). * Conduct corrective maintenance when failures or defects occur in machines, equipment, and instruments. * Support set up activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. * Technical degree in electronics or related field. * Experience working with equipment such as adhesive dispensers, heat stake machines, ultrasonic equipment, laser engraving systems, and rubber dispensing machines. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, field meters, and torque meters. * Availability to work rotating shifts. To work in the Otay area.
