**Position: Psychopedagogical Assistant** Join our team and contribute to the holistic development of our students by supporting academic, emotional, and social processes. **Main Responsibilities:** **Psychopedagogical assessment** of students with or without special educational needs (SEN), identifying requirements and designing appropriate intervention plans. **Development of individualized and/or group intervention plans** to enhance academic and social development. **Advising teachers and parents** to support work with students with SEN and strengthen inclusive educational environments. **Monitoring internal support programs**, ensuring objective fulfillment. **Ongoing monitoring and evaluation** of student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions. **Design and implementation of workshops and activities** to promote emotional, academic, and social well-being. **Desired Profile:** * Degree in Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, Special Education, or related field. * Sensitivity and commitment to educational inclusion. * Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude focused on students' holistic well-being.
