Job Summary: NAPS Mexico is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule, ensuring on-time delivery and optimizing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) 2. Optimize capacity, materials, and resources in Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order environments 3. Analyze and maintain inventory levels, and manage communication with customers **NAPS Mexico is seeking a Master Scheduler in Tijuana, Baja California** ------------------------------------------------------------------ **Master Scheduler** **Objective** Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring adherence to customer delivery dates while optimizing capacity, materials, and resources in Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineering-to-Order environments. **Responsibilities** * Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating customer requirements into feasible production plans considering capacity, lead times, and material availability. * Analyze and maintain finished goods inventory levels at Distribution Centers. * Maintain consistent communication with the Customer Service team to provide updates on customer order status, responding to email inquiries within 24 hours. * Analyze demand against capacity to support decision-making. * Identify risks of non-compliance (e.g., materials, capacity, engineering changes) and propose contingency plans. * Monitor production plan progress and adjust the Master Production Schedule (MPS) as required. **Requirements** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. * Fluent English — conversational. * Personnel management experience. * Inventory control experience. * ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred). **Work location: Parque Industrial "El Pacífico", Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher — completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Machinery Manufacturing *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=699ca0bf620000500038e729&source=indeed
