Updating, installing, and replacing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installing and supporting peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving internet connection issues, including reporting to providers. Installing and supporting CCTV systems. Installing and supporting telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. Recording all activities in a mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Providing daily software and hardware support to users. At the server level, maintaining server hardware and software, including monitoring and maintenance of their network integration (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
