Ensure correct application of certifications and compliance in related areas, while also aligning with customer requirements. Ensure quality implementation across all critical areas. Generate corrective action reports. Execute quality evaluation processes for problem resolution. Track and implement corrective and preventive actions. Interpret internal customer specifications. Develop quality standards and necessary updates for continuous improvement, as well as all controls and standards required to ensure quality throughout the organization. Develop and implement the Quality Management System. Contribute to reducing customer complaints. Support and integrate 5S/Lean Manufacturing practices. Responsible for selecting product special characteristics. Identify and manage product specifications critical to quality during the process.
