The role is responsible for field operational supervision within the district, ensuring proper work execution, compliance with standards, and incident tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Field supervision of internal and external plant works. * Review, validation, and auditing of work crews. * Verify proper service execution according to schedule. * Validate material consumption and installation quality. * Detect faults and propose improvements to operational processes. * Track and close operational findings. * Address district requests through established communication channels. * Conduct random and scheduled supervisions. * Prepare supervision reports, audit reports, and corrective action reports. **Requirements:** * Experience in field supervision (internal and external plant). * Knowledge of crew auditing and quality control in installations. * Availability for 24/7 scheduling, including holidays, as required by operations. * Ability to analyze, track, and resolve incidents. **Performance Indicators:** * Completion rate of scheduled supervisions. * Response time to requests. * Percentage of audits conducted. * Quality of verifications and finding closures. **We Offer:** * Base gross salary (**$14,000 GROSS**) \+ COMMISSIONS * Work tools (managed by the respective department).
