Experience and Requirements * Civil Engineer * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision for mass housing projects. * Proactive. * Goal-oriented with commitment to scheduled construction timelines. * Proficient in Office software. * Basic knowledge of costs. * Own vehicle. * Proficiency in Civil CAD. * Knowledge of Opus is desirable. * Organized. * Knowledge of cost estimation, desirable. * Leadership skills. * Critical thinking. * Strong communication skills. * Friendly and courteous demeanor. * Teamwork orientation. * Ability to coordinate work teams, requiring a leadership profile.
