




**Job Objective:** Ensure that all branch warehouses have trained personnel and optimal inventory levels, guaranteeing the availability of supplies and minimizing waste, in alignment with restaurant industry standards. **Requirements** * **Gender:** Indistinct * **Education:** Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year supervising warehouses in the restaurant or retail sector **Technical Knowledge and Technological Skills:** * Handling of perishable products * Inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) * Food hygiene and safety regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level) * Experience with inventory management software (preferably Oracle Inventory or similar) **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and time management * Analysis and decision-making * Problem-solving and results-oriented approach * Effective communication **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff across branches. * Ensure proper receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies. * Supervise inventories, goods receipts and dispatches, and periodic physical counts. * Guarantee appropriate product rotation to prevent shrinkage and expiration. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose improvement actions. * Establish maximum and minimum inventory levels per branch. * Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers to ensure timely supply. * Verify supply quality and track returns and inter-branch transfers.
