Identification of organizational training needs Nationally leading private security company Seeks: **TRAINER** Salary: $**9,500\.00 Biweekly Gross** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Requirements** \-Training experience \-DC5\- (Preferred) \-Completed bachelor’s degree \-Time availability \-Experience in private security **Responsibilities** \-Develop monthly training plans for departments including Operations, HR, and Customer Service \-Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or internal) \-Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, or professional development classes) \-Promote available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions \-Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify capability or knowledge gaps requiring attention \-Apply established educational principles and stay current with new training methods and techniques \-Design, prepare, and procure instructional aids and materials \-Evaluate teaching effectiveness and determine training impact on KPIs and employee capabilities **Our office is located at:** Cjon.
