Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, etc.). * 10 years of experience in a similar role within the maquiladora industry, leading projects and cross-functional teams. * Lean and Six Sigma certification (preferably Green Belt or Black Belt). * Advanced English proficiency (80%). * Strong structured problem-solving orientation, including root cause identification using tools such as 8D, A3, or DMAIC. * Leadership and decision-making capabilities. * Mechanical design knowledge preferred. * Advanced proficiency in CAD, CAM, and simulation tools. * Ability to read aerospace drawings (GD&T) and technical diagrams. * Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards (preferred). * Technical analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects. * Teamwork capability. * Self-motivated and proactive work ethic. * Sense of urgency and ability to set priorities. * Conflict identification and resolution skills. * Customer-focused attitude. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
