Position Summary: **JOB SUMMARY** * Security Guards assist the Asset Security Supervisor to help maintain the security programs and procedures required by Taylor Guitars to safeguard company assets. Participates in theoretical, practical, and physical training necessary for successful job performance and wears the security/defense equipment provided by the Company. Responsibilities: **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Implements asset security procedures and programs. * Complies with C\-TPAT procedures relevant to asset security. Qualifications: **LEVEL I** * Controls access for visitors, contractors, and employees according to instructions. * Reviews migration documentation for foreign visitors. * Conducts warehouse openings and security inspections. * Identifies security risks and prepares findings reports to help prevent losses and incidents. * Supports monitoring of security cameras. * Conducts interior and exterior facility security patrols according to assigned instructions. * May participate in security response teams. **POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** **Education and Experience**: High school diploma required. Technical degree (Diploma or Technical Certificate) preferred. Minimum one year of experience and/or training working in the respective department; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to operate a computer, including learning new software applications. **Certifications and Licenses**: Theoretical and tactical courses in Security and Safety. Valid driver's license (preferred). Preferred but not mandatory. **Other Requirements**: Must be flexible and available to work weekends and nights.
