Effective communication ***Production Supervisor*** Requirements: - Completed engineering degree - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production supervisor - Leadership and conflict resolution skills - Experience in tobacco or food industry preferred - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Availability to work rotating shifts **Key Responsibilities** * **Task Supervision**: The supervisor organizes and assigns tasks among team members, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and that workloads are balanced. This is essential to maintain operational efficiency and meet organizational goals. * **Performance Evaluation**: Monitors team performance using key metrics and direct feedback. This enables identification of improvement areas and recognition of strong performance, helping sustain team motivation. * **Training and Development**: Responsible for the ongoing training and development of team members, identifying skill gaps and providing training opportunities. * **Conflict Resolution**: Addresses employee concerns and resolves conflicts arising within the team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. * **Effective Communication**: Acts as a bridge between senior management and employees, facilitating communication and ensuring goals and expectations are clearly conveyed.
