Personnel management and development **Job Description:** Ensure compliance with internal safety standards within assigned departments; ensure product quality through robust controls and continuous improvement processes; meet the requirements of internal and external customers within established timeframes; achieve daily production targets; systematically improve processes and products to enhance operational efficiency; manage subordinates to ensure a professional, respectful, and challenging work environment. **Responsibilities:** Ensure a safe working environment for all plant personnel. Track and close out activities arising from workplace incidents and accidents. Request and implement changes to QMS documents to maintain current processes. Establish necessary controls to ensure product quality. Promote among staff the importance of ensuring product quality. Develop annual strategic planning for assigned areas. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce costs. Comply with and enforce internal rules through established disciplinary measures. Define specific KPIs for subordinates to support achievement of plant objectives. Evaluate and provide feedback on subordinates’ performance. Develop and manage performance reports for production lines. Requirements: Experience managing unionized personnel, Personnel administration, Floor-level production management, Conflict resolution, Numerical aptitude, Personnel supervision, Excel data handling, Interpersonal influence, Data-driven management.
