**Objective:** Ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, orderly, and in accordance with quality standards, promoting the Lean Construction philosophy. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience in construction site safety is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Viewer, Office, and Monday. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct weekly site walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, order, cleanliness, and quality. * Prepare and follow up on weekly reports. * Support awareness talks and promote Lean Construction. * Verify compliance with safety procedures, permits, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Coordinate with site supervisors and resident engineers. * Participate in drills and emergencies, and maintain updated documentation. **Competencies:** * Risk identification. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and strict adherence to regulations. * Teamwork and attention to detail.
