




Job Description and Responsibilities * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure accurate and timely access. * Configure user permissions, security groups, roles, and profiles based on the principle of least privilege. * Support access requests and approval workflows using ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA Service Management). * Maintain compliance with SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, and internal security policies. * Ensure proper documentation, formal approvals, and traceability for all access changes. * Monitor unauthorized access, privilege escalation, and segregation of duties violations. * Participate in quarterly or semi-annual access reviews with application owners. * Support MFA, SSO, and conditional access policy configuration. * Document access procedures, permission matrices, and SOPs. * Identify gaps and propose improvements in identity governance processes. * Support internal, external audits and compliance assessments. Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field 2–4 years of experience in access provisioning, access-focused helpdesk, or IAM support Experience participating in SOC2 or ISO 27001 audits Documentation skills and attention to detail Ability to handle a high volume of requests Conversational English Reside in Tijuana Include CV in English and Spanish, with photograph.
