Description and details of responsibilities: The Industrial Engineer (IE) is responsible for: * Configuring necessary production line processes to distribute workload efficiently and creating required work instructions (SOP) specifying work methods, assembly sequence, required materials, and tools (if needed), to achieve on-time production planning and required quality. * Preparing new model introductions and implementing design engineering changes. * Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement. * Supporting production lines to minimize and reduce quality defects.
