




Job Summary: An IE responsible for configuring production processes, implementing improvements, supporting production lines, and ensuring quality, with expertise in CAD software and project management. Proficiency in CAD software and experience in project management. Description and details of responsibilities: The Industrial Engineer (IE) is responsible for: * Configuring necessary production line processes to distribute workload efficiently and creating required work instructions (SOP) specifying work methods, assembly sequence, required materials, and tools (if needed), to achieve on-time production planning and required quality. * Preparing new model introductions and implementing design engineering changes. * Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement. * Supporting production lines to minimize and reduce quality defects.
